Herb Infused Lemon Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as basil, parsley, or thyme), finely chopped
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, and fresh herbs.
Add lemon zest and continue whisking until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle over your favorite salads or use as a marinade for grilled vegetables or proteins.
