Green Goodness Avocado Hummus Recipe 


Ingredients:

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 ripe avocado

3 tablespoons tahini

2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions:

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, avocado, tahini, minced garlic, and lemon juice.

Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

While blending, drizzle in olive oil until the hummus reaches your desired consistency.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with vegetable sticks or whole-grain crackers.
