Fresh Mango Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine diced mango, chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, and fresh cilantro.
Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve as a salsa for grilled fish or chicken, or as a refreshing topping for tacos.
