10 Seasonal Smoothie Recipes To Enjoy Throughout The Year

EachSmoothie is  inspired by the flavors and ingredients of the respective season:


Spring Smoothies 🌸


1. Strawberry Basil Smoothie

   🍓🌿

   - 1 cup strawberries

   - 1 banana

   - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

   - 1 cup almond milk

   - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)


   Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled.


2. Mango Mint Smoothie

   🥭🌿

   - 1 cup mango chunks

   - 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves or less

   - 1 banana

   - 1 cup coconut water


   Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy fresh. Add less mint if you don't like mint!

3. Watermelon Lime Smoothie

   🍉🍋

   - 2 cups watermelon, chopped

   - Juice of 1 lime

   - 1/2 cucumber

   - 1 cup coconut water


   Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled.


4. Peach Raspberry Smoothie

   🍑🍇

   - 2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped

   - 1 cup raspberries

   - 1 banana

   - 1 cup almond milk


   Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy fresh.

5. Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

   - 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

   - 1 banana

   - 1 cup almond milk

   - 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

   - 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)


   Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled.


6. Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

   - 1 apple, cored and chopped

   - 1 banana

   - 1 cup Greek yogurt

   - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

   - 1 cup almond milk


   Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy fresh.

   - 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

   - 1 orange, peeled

   - 1 banana

   - 1 cup almond milk

   - 1-inch piece of ginger or less, peeled

   - 1 cup almond milk

    - A pinch spinach

    - 1 cup mango chunks

    - 1 banana

    - 1 cup coconut water

You can also change out the water too. If you do not like mints, spinach or Kale simply use less start with a pich! If you have other fruits on hand add them to taste.
